Career Preparatory Activities-I_ Distance Learning_6 months

The teens and youth are always active, and it is difficult to make them be within the walls without helping the teens and youth to be engaged in something that is interesting and beneficial to them. To help the teens and youth to be positively engaged by being at home, and to help to maintain safe practices by protecting the selves and others, the Career Preparatory Activities through the individual worksheets and blogs might be helpful. Also, it will be surely helpful to utilize the learnings in the fields of interest and competitive exams.

The List of topics/ concepts that will be covered in the Career Preparatory Activities is as follows.

1st month	Logical Reasoning & Emotional Intelligence
2nd month	Values & Situational Intelligence
3rd month	Verbal Reasoning & Problem Solving
4th month	Spatial Reasoning & Kinaesthetic Intelligence
5th month	Science and Technology
6th month	Self-sustenance & Supporting Others

 

Note: Each topic/ concept shall have content to work for at least 45 minutes- 1 hour, a day for a month. The topic/ concept shall have subtopics or categories and each subtopic will have some activities to reflect, do and create. Content will be available in three levels- Level 1: 12-14 years; Level 2: 15-17 years; Level 3: 18years and above.

In the activities or concepts the students are encouraged to frame things by themselves and share it with their friends as challenges to enhance the learning. The participants shall always use their creativity without limits, more than what is prescribed.

Follow-up: The participants shall approach us over the phone or mail for doubts and clarifications. After learning from the activity sheets on a topic/concept, the participants shall submit their activity sheets for corrections or review from us to improve. Also, recorded video lessons and online classes shall be offered based on the possibilities.

Outcome: Teens and Youth will be efficient in the career with confidence and responsibility. Teens and Youth will engage themselves positively in constructive activities. The values and the foundational skills will be learnt and inherited. It will be the foundation for approaching the competitive exams (TNPSC, UPSC, SSC, GATE) entrance exams (NEET, JEE, CAT, CLAT) and talent exams (NTSE, NLSTSE, NET, TET) at all levels.
